Online Registration Closed

Hi Folks,

Online registration is now closed. We will no longer accept online orders. We have always taken on-site Registration. No flyer will be turned away with proper credentials. We will have limited stock of all items (T-Shirts, Hats, etc) found online onsite, so please come early.

Stay tuned for more important updates as we get closer to the launch date.

Last Day for online registration – 04/30

Hi Folks, last day to register online will be 04/30/25. We have stickers, limited edition embroidered hoodies and banquest dinners online for today and tomorrow. We will have a limited number of dinners and media available at registration onsite. Make sure to register today or tomorrow if you want your own personalized badge and a fast check-in at the launch site.

Registration Closes Soon!

Be sure to register soon, we will end online registration end of April. This does not mean that you cannot join the launch, but you will have to wait inline onsite for registration if you do not sign up online soon. Additionally, you will get your own custom badge with your name printed as below if you sign up online.

Tachi Palace – Deadline for Rooms Approaching

Rooms are still available at the Tripoli Central California group rate pricing. We asked about bookings after the cutoff date of 04/21/2025 – Rooms will still be available, but not at the group rate. To get in on the group rate reservations need to be made with Tachi Palace ASAP – our group rate pricing is on contract and valid only till 4-21-2025.
